Smudgie is a singer-songwriter from Toronto, Canada. Her nickname "Smudgie", which her mom gave her, stuck from birth and it brings her luck. Her music is signed to multiple libraries and has been placed on Major League Baseball and TV shows around the world as well as having been played on terrestrial radio. Smudgie's music has also been played across America's sports arenas, reaching millions of fans. She has played live in Nashville, including at the Bluebird Cafe, in London, and in her home town of Toronto, where she won Best of The Open Mic. Her sound has been compared to a wide range of artists from Joni Mitchell to Blondie to Cat Power. She is excited to be now working on her next studio album.
